The Trade Village surrounding the Bike Show at the 2018 Event included…

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION Single day passes will NOT be available. Places at the 2019 Overland Event may be limited and we recommend buying your Event Passport online in advance. You will be sent a registration confirmation email when you buy your Event Passport. You will also receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal. WE DO NOT ISSUE PAPER TICKETS. The Event will be open from 5pm on Thursday 29th August to 1pm on Sunday 1st September. Subject to available space, Event Passports may be able to be purchased on the gate (cash only) and will cost £70 per person regardless of when you choose to arrive on site during the Event. Hill End is an educational venue and operates a strict 'NO GLASS and NO DOGS' policy. There is also a 'NO CAMPERVAN' policy. There is a carpark for cars on site, but only motorcycles can enter the main camping area. Disabled vehicle users should contact us with any special requirements, which we will do our utmost to accommodate.
