News is that AJP will be bringing a selection of their bikes along to The Event this year for you to test ride. With a history in enduro and off-road, The Portuguese manufacturer officially started building bikes in 1987, born through the vision of founder Antonio Pinto, who had been tuning and developing dirt bikes in his shop since 1981.
“AJP Motorcycles is delighted to confirm participation in the forthcoming Overland Event and will be offering attendees the chance to test ride its exciting range. From the smallest trail ride through to trans-Continental adventures, there is an AJP to suit all types of riders and riding abilities. We look forward to meeting you there” UK Director Bob Allen.
AJP will be bringing demo bikes and display models; PR3, PR5 and PR7s.
The PR7 is a 140kg 600cc water-cooled single, the PR5 a 250cc watercooled single and the PR4 an aircooled 240. Available in supermoto and off-road trim, these look like a lot of fun.
On and off road riding test opportunities will be available.
