The venue for the Overland Event in 2017 is once again the beautiful Hill End Centre in central Oxfordshire.
The 62 acre site has been an educational facility since it was established in the 1920s by philanthropists, Raymond and Hope Ffennell, who believed outdoor education was ‘beneficial for health’. Now owned by Oxford University it is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and the chalet-style buildings on site are those erected in the 1920s and 30s.
Besides the beautiful woodland, pond and chalk grassland setting, central to our decision to use this rural haven is the variety of accommodation options available.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
